Plan Your Visit
Timed tickets are required for Museum entry, and may sell out in advance. Scheduling a group tour reservation is the only way to guarantee your group's entrance to the Museum.
Group tour reservations are available for groups of 15 or more guests. Reservations must be scheduled and paid for 2 weeks in advance. The Museum is open from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m and is closed on Tuesdays. The Museum’s student group tour entrance is located on Ross Avenue.
The Museum is accessible to people with disabilities and complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Museum entrances, interior travel routes, theaters, and restrooms meet these standards.
Video and interactive components in the permanent exhibition are captioned in English and Spanish. The Museum offers a 90 minute phone-based app tour in English and in Spanish. Also, an American Sign Language (ASL) group tour of the Museum is available for people with hearing impairments upon request. Please contact Adilene Hernandez, Group Tours and Survivor Relations Manager at [email protected] four weeks in advance to make arrangements.
Face masks for visitors, staff, and volunteers are optional as of March 1, 2022.
