Join Our Junior Board

Applications for the 2024 – 2025 Junior Board are now open! Apply by Friday, May 17 to be considered for this upcoming cohort.

Under the leadership of Museum staff, the Junior Board is comprised of high school students that are seeking to enhance their knowledge, build leadership skills, build personal and professional networks, and participate in legacy projects that further the Museum’s mission and function in the community.

  • Leadership: Members will enhance their knowledge and understanding of the Museum’s mission and function in the community. Members will also learn about potential career paths and meet representatives from local organizations.
  • Community Building: Members will be encouraged to interact with the Museum’s network of volunteers and community partners. Members will also have opportunities to attend and speak at public programs and events at the Museum.
  • Remembrance: Members will maintain survivors as the heart of the Museum’s mission by featuring Holocaust, genocide, and human rights speakers throughout the school year, and participate in an annual legacy project.
