Student Group Tours

The Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum offers student group reservations for In-Person Tours, Wing Focused Tours, Virtual Field Trips, and Education Programs.

IN-PERSON TOURS

The in-person student group tour rate is $8 per guest for students in 6th grade and above, including college and university level groups. Museum Experience Fund grants are available for student groups based on Title 1 eligibility, ESC Region, or economically disadvantaged status. Grants cover admission for students and accompanying chaperones, virtual field trips, and add-on Education Program costs. For student groups with limited transportation funds, please inquire about transportation reimbursement options.

To start the booking process, please complete the Student Group Tour Request Form. This form must be submitted at least 3 weeks in advance of your requested tour date, as all tours are scheduled and paid for 2 weeks before your reservation.

What happens after I submit my request form?

1. You will receive an email from the Group Tours team within 7 business days with a potential tour date and logistics.
2. You must reply to this email to continue the reservation process.
3. You must sign and submit a Reservation Agreement/Invoice and payment 2 weeks before your tour date to confirm your reservation. Once all logistics are confirmed, no changes can be made.

VIRTUAL TOURS & VIRTUAL OR OFFSITE EDUCATION PROGRAMS

Virtual Field Trips and Virtual Education Programs, or offsite Education Programs, led by our Museum Educators are available for student groups. Pricing information and TEKs aligned tour/program options are in our digital education brochure.

Virtual Field Trips and select Virtual Education Programs are available in Spanish. When completing the group tour request form, select “ESL – Tour/Program led in Spanish only.
