WHEN WOULD YOU LIKE TO VISIT?

To reserve tickets to the new state-of-the-art Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum, select a date and time:

Admission is $16 for adults and $12 for students. Admission for Seniors, educators, visitors with disabilities, and members of the military is $14. Our special exhibition is included in admission.

The Museum does not offer refunds for purchased tickets.

Please be advised that weekdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. are popular times for large school group visits to the Museum.

A DHHRM Audio Tour App is available to download in the App Store (Apple) and Google Play Store (Android). This is an optional bilingual mobile app for Museum guests to use as an audio/visual aid while enjoying their visit with us.

We have joined Museums for All, a signature access program of the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS), administered by the Association of Children’s Museums (ACM). Visitors to the Museum can present their SNAP EBT card to a Museum Experience Associate at the Guest Services Desk to receive admission at $3.00 per person, for up to four people.

The first full weekend of every month is a Bank of America Museums On Us Weekend! Bank of America cardholders and employees and Merrill Lynch employees receive FREE admission to the Museum with ID. Limit one per visitor.

Visitors must purchase/reserve tickets online, prior to coming to the Museum to facilitate “touchless” payment and to ensure that your desired visit time is available.

Special ticket rates are available for groups of 15+ that schedule a group tour reservation in advance. For more information or to schedule a group tour, go here. Do not purchase tickets through general admission.

Our Dimensions in Testimony℠ Theater is included with Museum admission. Dimensions in Testimony℠ runs on the hour every hour with the first experience beginning at 11:00 a.m. and the last experience beginning at 4:00 p.m. Space is limited. Tickets for Dimensions in Testimony℠ can be obtained at the front desk when you arrive at the Museum. Please call the Museum to check availability.

The 250-seat Cinemark Theater features a Survivor testimony film. This film runs Sunday through Saturday, every hour on the hour. This film is included with Museum admission.

The Museum will be closed on the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Rosh Hashanah (September 7 and September 8)
  • Yom Kippur (September 16)
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day
